We have two herd sires we use with our genetic packages. A Brangus bull “Oaks Complete” and an Ultrablack “Mound Creek Ignite.” Both are built right, have amazing EPD’s, and keep it simple.

Mound Creek Ignite
Mound Creek Ignite
An Ultrablack bull adding back additional Angus but keeping the important Brangus base traits to create the Ultra bull for any cattleman. Ignite touts 6 out of 9 EPD traits in the top 10% of the Brangus breed. 3 in the top 5%.
As we are working to always improve our genetics, we have AI’d heavy with Granite and Overload onto our Csonka based females. We focus on producing strong solid carcass with reasonable birthweights. Using the current genetics we strive to increase the Ribeye and Intermuscular fats. Both our herd sires lead the breed in REA (ribeye.) It’s our efforts to always improve our genetics and provide our customers with genetics that will produce the best cattle that can maximize their profits.
